I think it could be because the question was specific “women role model” And when in this situation (the game) I think suspicion is easily created, because it’s better to vote off than keep that slight risk. I’m a dude, my answer would’ve been “It was seventh grade, all day I was feeling weird cramps in my stomach which made me think I had a stomach bug so I went to the bathroom. At that point I realized I was bleeding, I then freaked out and went to the nurse to call me home. The "secret boy" just wasn't talking nearly enough. I know he wasn't wanting to trip up, but that was the main reason he got kicked out first. Heniya was even targeted for that, for not speaking up during the abortion question.

As a taller woman I would've voted him out immediately for saying 6ft and size 9 shoe, but I absolutely loved him as the mole haha Edit: Y'all I'm super aware that it varies. It was a mistake on his part. His job was to convince the women that he was a woman. His job wasn't to be respectful. This game doesn't work unless you are willing to lie about anything while on it. That's the entire point of the competition.
