With the giant chocolate chip cookie ice cream, mix extra chocolate chips in the ice cream before freezing the first time so you get a nice crunch of chocolate in the middle of the ice cream too.

I love all of these

I've made homemade peanut butter cups in the past, and the recipe I use has a couple more ingredients in it. Melted butter and crushed graham crackers. They help hold everything together and gives the peanut butter filling the texture one finds in Reese's peanut butter cups.
