As someone who's been overweight my entire life I've been finding these videos very motivating and not so much easy but doable compared to others that use crazy equipment or having to be in a fancy gym. These are some cool at home workouts that really make a difference and I'm definitely going to incorporate into my daily routine. Thank you for the inspiration to be a better me brotha.

Same idk why when I watched his sparring I didn’t think he was that hard until I started sparring, I was using everything he uses without knowing, it just flows so naturally with movement.
What a competent and likable coach! You two make a great team

I really love these exercise concepts! I can't wait to try some of these, as I've been thinking of ways to train rotational strength! Jeff Chan with the perfect timing

1:46 These look like xiebu and pubu in Wushu! Also 2:36 "Simple but not easy" is one of my favorite things to say about learning and training any skill! A lot of things don't seem complicated to do or even understand, but that doesn't mean they're easy at all and there may be a lot that can be gained! Thanks for sharing! 🙂

Was just thinking about your content and this comes up. Must be a sign for me to practice this video today. Also could you do more southpaw examples in your videos please. Just so it's easier than having to do the opposite all the time. Or maybe just explaining it in southpaw after the orthodox demonstrations. Good job👌🏾

👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 This is a good video. This Coach is well educated and competent. S&C, especially “functional training”, for Combat sports, generally speaking is really terrible full of incompetence and snake oil. I am happy to see you are in good hands. 👊💥

)this is interesting and maybe they will tell from where they got the ideea for exercice 5 becose it looks to be a sort of exercice stolen from an alien who is training and some spaceballs spy and film etc his training .
Awesome. With the kettlebell side-swings, I'm sure, at some point, I'd smash them into my knee though.

now for wrestling plz i am struggling with keeping the close guard on for long period and i am strong from upperbody but lacks the lower part any tips for that?
Hi Jeff! How would you incorporate this into your weekly schedule? Is once a week with workouts like these enough? Unlike eg. hypertrophy workouts that you need to do atleast 3x a week. Thanks in advance

yes for me personally 1-2 a week!
What band is used for the Hip Flexion strengthening

Perfect for a Muay Thai boxer/boxer with tight hips like me 😉 Perfect background music as well! So much video’s with terrible (distracting) music, but this is just perfect!

Hate to be that guy but there is a technically correct way to the bear crawl (original name monkey walk) and side bear crawl (original name sideways monkey). It's just these movements have been diluted when they became popular and aren't being taught correctly. I'm not sure if there is even correct explanations of these movements as they we (re)created 25 years ago pre youtube and popularised 15-10 years ago and then widely adopted 5 years after that by mainstream gym culture. These movements come of art du deplacement/parcours/parkour in France and were meant to scale so you can eventually do them on rails at speed with control so you don't fall off. They were prehab/rehab/core/balance exercises ultimately
I guess conor was doing some of those with ido portal ...back in the day
