The alcohol evaporates in the baking or even at room temperature in those amounts. But there are baking flavourings you can buy online. Rum, whiskey, conjac, vanilla, lemon etc.

Why yolk are Orange right I know on camera yellow colour will change on Orange on camera but when you see in real life its yellow yolk but on camera they are Orange you can say its magic camera I guess :-)

Some eggs have more orange yolks than others. It's depending on the type of hen that laid them. Different egg producers have different hens. It's also depending on what country the hens are kept in. Some countries can keep some kinds of hens but not others. Google it. The world have a lot of different kinds of hen breeds
