    I know that this series of exercises was originally posted a year ago, but I only discovered Master Shi Heng Yi about a week ago. I came across the 20 minute Qi Gong routine, tried it, and was hooked from there. Now I just completed the third day of this series and I'm totally committed to learning all that I can through this wonderful master teacher. I'm 65, and some of the exercises are tough, but fortunately having spent my youth as an athlete and continuing to keep myself in decent condition thereafter, I'm handling the exercises quite nicely. But yes, they continue to get more and more challenging with each session. But I can already tell that I am getting stronger and I've only completed three sessions. Thank you Master Shi Heng Yi for gifting us with these wonderful sessions. You are making this world a better place. Peace and Blessings to you, and to those who are under your tutelage.

    This course is so amazing as are your other online videos. I am deeply grateful for your kindness and generosity in using your expertise to help so many of us. As a recently retired 68 year old I have had time to benefit from your online guidance for several months and I feel fitter, calmer and more energetic than ever.     Well said Fred, I am 65 but not yet retired, not by choice most certainly, anyhow I agree with every word you have written and when I find the knees won't go there, well I adapt, the benefits are there and multiplied for the soul and the body.

    An dieser Stelle muss ich mich auch einmal bedanken... ich weiß, du sagst oft dass die zunehmende Depression unter der Bevölkerung von zu wenig Bewegung kommt, und das ist ganz richtig. Ich trainiere seit nun 20 Jahren, hatte immer viel Bewegung auch in der Arbeit. Immer schwer körperlich und mental anspruchsvoll. Bei mir war es allerdings irgendwann einfach zu viel, und die falschen Menschen spielten auch eine große Rolle weshalb ich nun seit sechs Wochen in der Klinik sitze weil mein Körper nicht mehr wollte. Ich bin hier auf dich und deine Worte gestoßen die viel in mir bewegt haben, pflege täglich Qi Gong Routinen und verfolge nun auch deine Trainings Reihe hier, und kämpfe mich langsam zurück ins Leben. Das gibt mir wahnsinnig viel, und es wäre mir eine große Ehre auch mal euer Kloster auf Zeit besuchen zu dürfen 🙏 die Werte die du vermittelst sind so wichtig für die Menschen, und ich wünsche mir dass noch viele deinen Worten gehör schenken ❤

    Thank you master Shi Heng Yi that these lessons are still here for us. I practise these 1 hour lessons every sundaymorning. I saw it was only 2 years since the lockdown (it looks so long ago nowadays) and I remember how hard the movements were for me back then. But since then I learned how to breath and my body learned how to move. Everything is easy now and I'm very grateful for that and also proud of myself.

    Herzlichen Dank! Ich stehe noch nicht alle Übungen durch. Ich schalte das gleiche Video täglich am Morgen ein. Ich werde es solange wiederholen bis ich von Anfang bis Ende dabei bleiben kann. Dann gehe ich weiter. Ich gebe nicht auf 👍 Ich spüre meine Schwächen..... das ist gut zu wissen und das töglich zü ändern. Tolle Videos 🙏

    Master Shi Heng Yi, today I am grateful to report that I was able to do more than 35 or so minutes before I needed a break. I was able to rejoin at certain points till the end of the session. I must also report a continuing reduction in my overall pain levels. My breathing seems freer and deeper. My sleep was truly amazing considering how little of it I've had recently. I walk with greater stability and strength. Thank you.

The day 3 morning practice upload video, included breath, Qi gong, foundations, and martial art kicking and etc. I sweat and gain lot of energy. Though it is getting harder, your way of instructions, warm up, getting harder and slow down, I am OK to keep practice. Thank you so much for your kindness and the messages you did to us🙏🙏🙏

    @@methandtopology : No, I’ve put on the side for now. My health is a little delicate at present. Still manages to sit down in bed for meditation and carry some exercises to enhance energy circulation through the spine . I also practice some breathing exercises to unknot all the knots I detect through in my whole body. I do that in the awareness in/out conscious breathing and all the activities taking place in my body and in my mind. Thanks for asking.

    Thank you Master Shi Heng Yi. I am feeling much better in my knee after 2 weeks of your Qi Gong videos. I had surgery in November and much stiffness. Also, I am a former resident of Kaiserslautern ( Weilerbach). I wish I had known you were located there in 2005.

    I am doing everyday your videos, haven't stopped since the course finished, specially, this third day one, which works knees and legs, and I have noticed my knees are becoming better, have problem with arthrosis, and now I can jump, descending stairs without pain, they are becoming stronger with static mabu. This warming up is really good, previous to my chikung practice. I will continue doing every day, I hope my knees will become better en better. Thanks again for sharing us your knowledge.

    Rotating the hips was very difficult in my small apartment, I almost clipped the corner of my table a few times. I know my form was rotten, but I did the best I could

    Master Shi It's incredibile do this while we were so distance in space and time ... Here now in Italy it's 11 o' clock of 13 august 2022, and It's like you are here or me there in the Temple!     Hello Master Shi. Thank you for your guided morning exercises. This is my 3rd day into the exercises. My name is Trina, after the 3 days 1 hour intensive exercises, my whole being is relaxed and my feet are not so heavy when walking. Though I do feel some sore and ache on my joints nevertheless I feel good after the exercises. Thank you so much.

    Hello Master Shi Heng Yi, Thanks for the 3rd day training. Tomorrow I will Join on Zoom because I'm teleworking in the morning, Like I promises I will be there (it will be my 1st Training with you all. 6-Day). For me the leg work was 5 stars because my path that is teaching Tradition Martial Arts. And with the breading exercises, these trainings complete my work and learning to another level. And much more I have to learn. You are a inspiration for me and for my idea of mastering our selves and learn more a bought our body, mind, and all leaving things. Thanks a Lot.

    Third-Day of the 6-days Morning Practice. I made it through this training practice at 74, after 4 weeks of COVID 19, with some years of Senior Center training in QiGong and TaiChi Yang Style practice. I am invigorated and motivated. Thank you, Master Shi, and my deep gratitude for your excellent teachings of the Shaolin way and teachings. I am loving it. This is your legacy to the world. Tina M.

    3. Session in Folge geschafft :-) Hatte zwar bei dem gewählten Titel die leise Hoffnung, es würde her gemütlihc zugehen. Aber nicht schlimm, ist ja auch Teil des "Gong Fu Dao", dass man die Dinge so nehmen muss, wie sie kommen. Jedenfalls wieder ein sehr schönes Training - wo ich ohne Anleitung vermutlich nicht die Eigendisziplin gehabt hätte, die volle Stunde durchzuhalten.

    It’s crazy how even warm-ups gets tiring! I really felt energized. It’s interesting to split exercises into dynamic and static. Even though no movement we are exercising. Thank you Master.
