Love the recipes but I swear babies from that moth age aren't supposed to eat salt just plain water to cooked tye past , rice e.t c ? Salt isn't good for babies spices are the best for babies from 4 /5 to 3 years old

My God you use too much salt . Please avoid salt at all for babies under 1 years old

There’s a lot wrong with this recipe. The salt, oil, whole almond and more. Babies can’t digest all that. Salt is not good for a six month old. Giving them high blood pressure early
