I wish I woulda known about your channel last year when I drove cross country to San Juan island in Washington, woulda saved me some pictures! Oh well, I’m learning and that’s what matters! Maybe this weekend I’ll get lucky on the east coast and spot a moose in New Hampshire! Great video!

Eye level is ideal but not reality animals don’t pose for you take what you can get an work it

It's worth mentioning that your shutter speed must increase with your focal length. A decent rule of thumb is that your shutter speed should match your focal length for handheld shots of relatively still subjects. Probably best to be double the focal length on moving subjects.
Trying real real hard to address Christmas cards, but, your videos are quite informative and often splendid. Major distraction for addressing cards. lol Merry Christmas
