Through a pair of knurling knives of hard material, roll the tooth pattern on the inner surface of the groove of the broken bridge aluminum profile through the heat insulation strip or the plastic profile, so as to increase the friction between the broken bridge aluminum profile and the heat insulation strip force.
This CNC machine is usually used in medium and large factories with many types of profiles. If your factory has fewer types of profiles or is only used as a backup, you can choose our standard thermal break knurling machine. After this step, you will use CNC thermal break crimping (rolling) machine.
