i just discovered this type of video, and as a therapist I think you are helping people who have a hard time "adulting" to see what it looks like to do things in a certain order. A lot of people know what they, "should" do, but can't mentally put it into actionable steps, and I think seeing videos like this can be inspiring, as obvious as it seems. Thank you for helping people!

Yes, definitely! Recently started working and moved on from being a student in uni to being both student AND employee (hahaha)… I really felt overwhelmed, but her videos really helped me coping. Especially since I’m also working in an office 😊
