Love the sound of a 6.7 straight pipe at idle, and that turbo is just icing on the cake🤙🏻

As a GM guy I can say that the 6.7 PowerStroke has the best stock Lope at idle.

That sounds awesome, did you notice any improvement in MPG or Power over the stock? I've got a deleted 2018 with 120k miles that I'm considering replacing the turbo on.

With the right tune I noticed close to 1 mpg improvement, there's definitely more power than stock but mostly in the upper RPM range is where it shines.

I’ve watched this video many times I’m wanting to do the stage 2 and 5 inch exhaust exactly how you have will I haft to upgrade my fuel system or is everything factory other then the turbo and 5inch exhaust and tune?

If you have 2015+ powerstroke you wouldn’t need to upgrade the fuel system if you didn’t want to, I’m running stock fuel on mine.

what tune you got?

Any problems with the turbo? Still happy with it? Did you have to get intake piping kit or did you use factory intake manifold.? Sounds great btw

Sorry I’m just seeing this comment for some reason, I’m still happy with it for sure. Demands attention anywhere you go for sure, I’m about to swap out the stock plastic piping with a full piping kit which should help a little with spool but it’s not super laggy by any means.

How does it do when you tow? I just order the same stage 2 turbo and will be running 2015 hpfp

Do you tow anything with it? Looking at s1 or 2 for my 17.

I haven’t towed with it yet, this truck doesn’t tow all the time so that’s why I went with the stage 2, if you’re towing 10k or more frequently I would go with the stage 1.

Where can I see some pics of this truck with the wheel and tire setup? Do you have a lift or leveling kit and bumper spacer for the front?

I've sold the wheels since then but custom offsets has a large gallery you can search through. 2.5" leveling kit, bumper spaced .5"

There any power difference with the new turbo? Did you do any other fuel modifications with it?

Yeah the main power difference is in the higher rpm range, pulls way harder. Currently it’s on stock fuel, my truck only has 76k miles on it so probably in the next year or so I’ll swap in a stroker pump.

Can you just install the turbo or do you need the install kit as well? It seems like $1500 is a lot for an install kit

I believe all the turbos come ready to drop in for 2017-19 year models, the 2015-2016 will need a different pedestal ($200-$300) and then a 2011-14 would need the full install kit that is over $1000.

It’s a 5” straight pipe, no muffler

Sound wicked but I’d miss the 6.7 growl blow off😂

i have the same truck same turbo. Sounds incredible i like switching it up between the rumble and hiss tunes with high idle

It bolts right up to the 17+ factory pedestal, if you have a 15-16 you’ll need a 17+ pedestal I believe.

It won't spool as fast as stock since the stage 2 moves the powerband up in the RPM range but with the right tuning and adjusted TCM tuning to raise shift points it helps cut down on the lag feeling.

The engine brake still works but is weak compared to the factory turbo for sure.

How loud is the KC S2? Want one but not sure how obnoxious it will be.

In the cab it’s not loud at all, louder than stock but not obnoxious by any means. With the windows up and radio off you can still hear the whistle but it’s very faint, outside the cab is very loud at certain Rpms though.

You can run it on a truck that is just deleted, they do better with more fuel though.
