Kev I hope that you are able to get a Waterhead Bo interview that would be epic lots of people have never heard of him and he was probably the biggest black coke dealer of all time based upon the amount he was moving

Pure Class Is What I Notice When I See This Brother. He From That Era When Brothers Were Professional And Knew How To Treat Ours With Respect.
He hit the nail right on the head as to why East Coast drug dealers are being portrayed in movies and documentaries more so than anybody else in the country and he’s absolutely correct, the drug dealers in the East were more flamboyant, stayed in the limelight and the newspapers, so they left behind a lot more evidence of their existence, while dealers from other parts of the country were more secretive about their businesses. Which was the better way to carry yourself, especially when you were dealing with that underground economy back in that era.
From the bangers to the graff artists to the doeboys… Not everyone in the town follows the crowd. The gambit of the Los Angeles streets on Kev Mac Videos. These are the interviews I appreciate cause these guys put LA on the map f’real.

Kev Mac , where content is KING ! . Nobody else comes close to the quality content about the gang and street history of L.A. and entire L.A. county area that Kev Mac puts out. From the introduction song, graphics, visuals, news articles and how he gives the back stories and also other stories of what was going on during that time frame so can bring viewer into what it was like that year and or era , his cohost’s are real street guys from the life , the questions Kev and the rest of the crew asks, Kev and his cohosts ask all the right questions , everything about this channel is all perfection . Kev is the perfect person to document this whole culture and lifestyle . I can’t see it documented any other way . If this channel didn’t exist and I envisioned how I would want to learn the story of L.A. gangs and street life , this channel would be exactly how I would envision the perfect platform of documentation .

Brotha I most certainly agree I'm tired of seeing these outta town folks capitalize n exploit LA gang culture KEV MAC THANKS FOR CORRECTLY RESPECTFULLY MAINTAINING OUR HISTORY GOOD N BAD
LA has always been a hustler's town. Gang banging just overshadowed the pimping, gambling and drug dealing culture that was ever present in LA streets. Salute Kev Mac.

Damn Kev Mac! This is the other side of the streets of L.A. I've been waiting to hear the stories on and finally it's here, the banging and hustling happened simultaneously too and often with each other. I've been hearing names like Wayout Keno, Rolls Royce Shorty, Benzo AL, Waterhead Bo, Whitey, Mike Concepcion, and etc. for years with a vague storyline on their origins. You've raised the content bar higher with this topic, your fellow content creating peers of the same genre are getting harder to see from your sites rear view, keep mash'n on em!

These are facts bruh. I’m reading a book right now that says “people respect character traits and skills naturally.” This dude is an example of that. His character was never in question and his skill to get the work off was impeccable so getting a big load on consignment was always an option for him based off that.
Great Interview as always Kev Mac. I wish I was a Hollywood Producer that Brotha story is definitely a movie that needs to be made or a TV show with multiple seasons.
Growing up as a Florida boy I saw a lot of high rollers, so I definitely can relate and appreciate videos like this 💪🏾💰keep up the great work homie!

Very good interview @Kevmac, I was hoping when he mentioned Renee and Pat that he would go more into detail
This is so dope Kev...you back in kitchen cookin up that raw uncut truth content about LA. Hometeam (Cali) definitely had money getting hustlas....but the gangbangin era definitely over shadowed the money getting era. But when the 2 mixed, Cali homies were on the Greyhound(from LA and the Bay) heading out of state and opening up shop. Cali had big big rollers in the 80's. LA T.Reese Harry O Waterhead Bo Melvin Butta Bulter Whitey Enterprise Rick Ross Big Reg The Bay James Beasley Charles Tatum Felix Mitchell Lil D Tim Bluitt Ant Flowers Sonny Graves And for all the names that I mentioned there were also a lot who were under the radar(by choice) and kept getting their money through the 90's....🤐🤫🤫

I think Don Diva doesn’t highlight LA guys because it’s a East Coast based magazine. Also they tend to interview younger guys.
John Boy's younger brother was going with my homegirl when he got into that situation.
he grew up like me same schools.
To Kev Mac from Oran from Oakland: Congrats on another great interview and content. But the most important thing is WHAT ARE YOU DOING TODAY? OR WHAT'S GOING ON IN A TIME CALLED NOW? WHAT YOU DID 50 YEARS AGO IS LIKE ASKING A WINO ABOUT ASTROPHYSICS. RIDICULOUS WHY IS IT THAT YOU NEVER ASK WHAT ARE THEY DOING NOW IT'S EASY TO TALK ABOUT WHAT HAPPENED 50 YEARS AGO. KEEP IT REAL.

I could of sworn dude said he was an author and working on a film with other high rollers. Dude, stop already.
This is the story of most people that reach a high level that get busted. GREED! After making millions, you should stop and leave the life. False pride and wanting reputation always fucks you over in the long run. Make your bread and back out. There is no long term successful dealers.

man i wish you could interview big homie ken he from detroit he from that era he seen it all he always told me you cant make career from selling dope i belive that till this day that include banging nothing can come out of it
Frank Matthews Is famous because he got away. Prosecutor told him he's gonna put him away for life while passing him in the hallway, and he was never seen again. People in the east don't know much about LA because it's so big. LA is a county and a city, there are so many towns and the geography isn't well known to outsiders. New York, 5 boroughs, thick accent, so it's easier to document that and it's easier to follow. Plus the LA cats gotta tell their story, a lot of them haven't done that yet. The gang history kinda overshadowed the hustle game too
Hey John! Tell your story brother! ❤️
