6.0 POWERSTROKE GLOW PLUG SYSTEM REPLACEMENT! VERY INFORMATIVE!
Going over a full overhaul of the glow plug system on a 6.0 powerstroke.

If you brake your Radiator Hose small hose fitting drill out hole I dont rember the drill bit size and insurt an air fitting with a little JB weld works Great hose slides right on and clamp it

What’s going rate to have shop replacement them ?

I cant speak for all shops but I use to charge 200 a side for labor.

whats louder 4 or 5 inch exhaust because i want the loudest exhaust for my 03 6.0

4” will have more turbo whistle and 5” will be more deep and throaty with less whistle.

I heard you can just remove the inner fender well and can get great access.

@@falco10586 Definitely can go about it that way! This is just the way I prefer to do it, mostly just because if one of the plugs refuses to come out, I'm already close enough to just pull valve covers and pop them out from the inside out. Thanks for watching!

I owned my own diesel shop for 4 years before taking a full time job with one of my customers fleets just working on his trucks and I’ve been doing that for over a year now. My wife is really the big reason I have all these nice things, she really allowed me to do what I loved long before I became successful! Thank you for watching!
