I'd like to request (if all possible) a design for a 275 sq m lot area to be divided by 6 units with 3 units in front with 3 level 3 bedroom with ground floor- parking, bedroom & toilet/bath for oldies with holding bars and possible ramp in garage going to t/b/shower for disabled seniors ; 2nd floor- living area with balcony/kitchen/powder room/laundry; & 3rd floor- 2 bedrooms with t/b/enclosed shower for both; roof deck with water tank corner spot & open room that can hold solar panels & partly covered for family socials with powder room ; 3 units facing street and possible 3 units in back with 2 car garage at end corner of front 3 units with open garden in the middle; budget friendly with "brise soleil" facade with allowance for balcony on second floor - Only if you can please, otherwise, no worries. I'm a big fan by the way :)
