Gwen Lewis sane!!! I hate how all of these makeup artists look SO caked up. I’m not sure about you but I don’t want people at work to know I’m wearing a ton of makeup. Shelby really is naturally pretty but plays up her features so well and is so elegant with her makeup! It’s always natural yet glamorous. Shelby you should do a wedding series!

i am SO HAPPY i found your channel. i ran out and bought bare minerals after watching all of your videos and my skin has literally never looked better. i gave up on foundations after i turned 27 because everything caked up on me or broke me out (hurray for maturing skin). but now i am excited to wear makeup again. yeah!!!!!

Love this look. I love bare minerals too. I enjoy the simplicity of it. I do not do all the baking and layering a lot because I’m very acne prone. I appreciate realistic makeup looks!

Your one of the few KZreadrs that use powder foundation one the regular. As someone who can’t use cream foundation due to allergies, your videos are a godsend. PS: I break the rules and wear cream blush underneath the powder. It looks amazing!

This look is so pretty! And I love how realistic it is, like I could actually do this in the morning before work. Normally I just use a tinted moisturizer, bronzer, blush, highlight and mascara. And I’ll use either my bronzer or blush as eyeshadow! Multi-tasking at its finest ;)

I have fallen for the Exhibitionist Mascara too and prior to that I was all about UD Perversion Mascara! Love it! BM is a great powder foundation!!

I can’t seem to use the BM powder foundation but I have the sticks and they work great! I do use a bronzer on my eyes as shadows as it can be quick I love them the highlight for cheeks & eyes. Looking great 👍

So pretty! We went to HI recently and i could not be bothered to use 3/4 of the makeup I took. I just used concealer to cover spots or red areas, UD all nigher waterproof powder, tiny bit of bronzer (i got too tan so u couldnt even see my blush anymore so i gave that up lol). On my eyes i did bronzer in the crease and then either a colourpop supershock glittery shadow or maybelline color tattoo in bad to the bronze, skipped the liner, did mascara, squirt of setting spray so it wouldnt melt off, and lip gloss. Took about 10 mins and I loved it!

I started using bare minerals because of you and although I have dry flaky skin it looks AMAZING and it’s the only foundation that doesn’t weirdly break up and settle in my pores. I’m gonna try the hydro boost stick foundation soon because I’m a sucker for the idea of a simple stick foundation.

You are so blessed that concealer under your eyes is optional n honestly u look great with or without. So lucky 🍀

Kid is still my all time fave. Love this shade.

Love your hair:) For super quick makeup days, I’ll use my FAB Tinted Moisturizer or sometimes mix a little foundation with my moisturizer/use a subtle darker toned highlighter (love CP’s On My Mind)/use my bronzer on my eyes or a single color duochrome shade (again, CP’s shadows are good for this) or a cream shadow)/throw on a little brown mascara and lip gloss. Luckily, I can get away with leaving my brows how they are. Oh, I always have to conceal, lol. Inherited dark circles (thanks mom and dad😫). Really appreciate this lovely look, girlie🍃🌸.

I’ve only recently discovered your channel & started following you. Your interest in cream shadows has got me researching drugstore dupes for the Laura Mercier Caviar crayons. Strolling through The Rack today I found a boxed set from LM! It included 2 Caviar crayons, tight liner black powered eyeliner & eyeliner brush (all full sized.) Quite a haul for less than $39. A quick swipe of the crayons left no creases on my crepey lids. TY for introducing me to this product. (I’ve known the brand but price is above my pay scale.)

I'm still using bare minerals and rececently found my color changed too after a few years 🤭🤔 A quick eye look I've been doing is Charlotte Tilbury pencil shadow in Haze (Golden color) with Milk Makeup's gel eyeliner in CEO (dark brown). It is also super long lasting. I just picked up Covegirl exhibitionist mascara in waterproof bc I saw you using it... I'm excited to try it 😍

Hey Shelby.. this look is lovely. I have eyelashes like yours and I swear by the Lancome monsieur big mascara and it is hands down the best mascara I've ever used.. if you haven't tried it you definately need too 😘

I want to try that Cover Girl mascara you used!

Shelby! I love your videos! They are ALWAYS the first ones I watch and I don’t miss! Love your effortlessly chic looks. You inspired me last year to reinvest in the original bareminerals foundation. But I find it looking really cakey on my skin. Do you have any tips on making sure this doesn’t happen or a certain brush that I need to be using? Currently I’m using a dense IT cosmetics brush that I had on hand. I want to love it any advise would be appreciated 😘

So pretty and a realistic look for everyday. I like your golden hair, it's a nice color on you. I use the Bare Minerals Complexion Rescue on 5 minute days.... doesn't look as nice as your look, but it will work lol!

Bareminerals was the first foundation I ever used as a teen, and I still love their powder. I feel my HG are that and Laura Mercier Tinted Moisturizer. My skin looks great with BM and I pretty much never got a blemish when I was using it. I have been trying different liquid foundations over the past two years, because I want that dewy/glow look. Not a fan of their tinted moisturizer though.

Very pretty!! Love it. I'm a stay at home mom of 5, So it is absolutely ridiculous that I even bother with my face and how I look, lol. But I guess it's a little bit of me- time 🤭 My quick face is a quick splash of a lightweight elf foundation, I forget what it's called but it's goji berry something or other. Fortunately other than typical aging skin, my face is not in very bad shape, at least I hope 😄. I may or may not use a concealer, depending on how my night was before. And it might make me look worse! LoL Anyway it's an elf product. I love that new $5 elf concealer!! I often skip any eyeshadow, as I'm not very good at it. But I never skip mascara. I just and like you, I am in love with the new cover girl exhibitionist mascara.. it's awesome. Lips-- another total obsession. I don't know why I have hundreds of lipsticks when I only one mouth LoL. but I love putting lipstick on so much, and changing colors throughout the day, that I hate those all day lasting lip colors, lol lol lol Thanks for the video.

Lovely as always! Btw Mac just brought Kid back along with Blanc Type another of their bestseller shades that they discontinued. The rage of disappointed customers changed their mind but for who knows how long.

They contain Bismoth Oxychloride. Try another mineral brand.

Elderly lady blush??? Well my great grandmother had a tiny little container of what she called rouge which she applied with a cotton ball. It and lipstick were both very red. She only wore them once in a while and had those same two products for many years. ❤️ I used to try to get her to let me put a different color on her but she never would. Love your beautiful skin and finished look. Beautiful!

You look pretty and I like that hair color. Also idk why you wear a base your skin is flawless!! My make up usually is quick. I’m basic lol. I just put foundation blush mascara chapstick or something done. I am learning to do a little more. So I can take my time on some days. But typically my makeup literally takes 5 minutes.

Hi Shelbey, I love bare minerals, but hoping to get ur help/opinion. Luv the original foundation, but I can't do the buff technique, my sensitive skin hates it! What application method would u suggest to get the same results? Atm i apply in light downward strokes, but it's looking cakey. I have oily dehydrated skin. ANY advice rly appreciated. I also use their bb primer. Thanks so much. xx

My 5ish minute makeup routine consists of a light dusting of Mac fix plus powder foundation, some eyeliner and a light lip stain.ill even throw on some mac cream colour base in hush if I’m feeling rather fancy or more importantly if I have the time.

I use Jane Iredale BB cream, Laura Mercier au natural caviar stick, BTS mascara and Fenty Sa$$y lip gloss when I'm in a hurry.

What brush did you use for blush?

I think Mac brought kid back if I’m not mistaken! And bamboo is in one of their new art something palettes. Love your makeup as always
