I tryied hypernet on a brand new alpha character with 3bn capital, for a month now and here is my results after buying half my ticket and only puting up ships costing btw 20-100m: 833 ruffles completed , 438 ruffles won : 66.6 bn income from completed hypernet ruffles, and 66.4 bn expanse ( ships+hypercore+hypernet taxe). so i lost arround 400m after 833 ruffles even though i won more than half probably due to the price difference in ships (loosing a 80-100m ship and wining a 20-30m ships is 50% winrate but you loose money) and arround 5-10% the offers expire. so maybe in a long run i will make it work but beeing a new player to eve (played eve since septembre 2021) i ca not advise other newbros to dive into this. You can make way more isk doing jita station trading for exemple (even though with the new taxe it's not as easy for alphas)

Think you did well, the spreadsheet was really nice to be able to concretely show the profits and whatnot, since there's a lot to consider with the taxes, core but mostly trying to work out how much profit is being made due to having to buy your own tickets. Cheers :)

The house always wins. Thank you for explaining this type of gameplay to me. I'll hold off from selling a dozen Pirate battleships on the hypernet for now, but some T2 or T3 frigates or destroyers might be part of my future revenue stream. The Gila or Vedmak would be great skins for Dianera Dragosha to apply.

Actual profit was better than I expected after part 1. From part 1 you kinda dragged my expectations down I guess as the predicted profits were lower than I expected but I see the mechanics of it and how it's essentially guaranteed profit. What I would like to see is if it's viable to do this starting with a little less isk. I haven't ever seen 5 bil of isk in my account at a single point in time when playing Eve so I'm wondering if this is a little similar to Forex and Crypto; you gotta have good money to make good money. It feels like it is.

i really enjoyed the hypernet videos. IGN: Nashg3n, the gila skin would be my favourite as its my most flown ship by far :)

So I’ve also done this for around a week (125 hypernets listed and fulfilled) I’m around 1.2 bill up at a 50% win rate on a 12billion isk churn with 3 billion invested total

How do you know what ships to buy man? I made the mistake of doing big ships and I got wiped out ... I think clearly I need to do smaller ships in the $100 - 200mil price bracket. I was doing Golems, Palys, Orca's and so on.

why do 90% want the gila skin? kinda sad lol. also would like the gila skin and my name is CheckUrEgo. its still f4om my old LOL days. pretty cringe ik xD do you think it is worth to start hypernet or just expand on farming the abyss. i already have a gila but very limited isk :/

What would the overall effect be of only buying 3/8 each time? From a players POV buying 5/8 seems really good odds, how would a smaller investment on your part play out over a similar investment do you think? Gila skin IGN Okolen Purvanen T

not sure the exact numbers... if you 3/8, you have a less chance to win more isk or 5/8 when you have more chance to win less isk. I think 4/8 is a good balance and LOTS of people just buy the other half.

You should do a vedio on hypernet without buying any tickets. I thought hypernet had better returns than 5%.

340M profit on a 5B investment doesn't seem very good to me. Even if you keep cycling the ships, a 10% ROI isn't exciting.

10% ROI within 3 days isnt bad in any industry lol I know people buy/hold/flip in the Jita market and have to wait weeks or months to see profit. Just another way to make isk!

Thanks for the wrap up, really nice to see your outcome. I think I learned a little lesson this week, you have to be in for a large enough amount (item wise) to allow for the averages to work out. As much as I hate to say it, its a lot like Planetary Interaction. Once you got the items you want to put up for what price, you just set it and forget it. Its more like passive income while you do other stuff. But its not for everyone! Thanks for the comment.
