Ugh I've been getting up at 5 am for my new job in endoscopy and let me tell you...it's painful!! I wouldn't' be awake enough to make a video or even have a routine that early! I basically just stumble out of bed...get dressed and grab my prepacked food out of the fridge and autopilot my way to the hospital. Admire your energy!!

I just moved 40 minutes away from my job, so now I get up at 5am 7 days a week. At first i dint think I could keep up with it. After 4 months now I’m used to it 🙌🙌

Thanks for sharing this video. I work in the trauma ICU so it’s a lot different. As a Nurse KZreadr myself I know how difficult it can be to work a 12hr shift and still produce great content. Great video ‼️
