I love watching your videos so much. They are all so soothing. I also love waking up at 5am for some ‘me time’ before my little boy wakes up. I enjoy reading and journaling during this time and 3/4 times a week I go to the gym at 6am for an hour of coach strength training. Early mornings have become my favourite part of the day. Thank you for your new vlog for me to enjoy this beautiful sunny day in Canada. Recently, the days are getting longer and spring is approaching.
