there is a wrestler in my town. 60 years old. he did one arm snach 65kg (olimpic bar). he is legendary strong. 90kg guy and wrestles heavyweights and they affraid of him.

there's a wrestling coach in my town who's old and have a big stomach, every kid says when he pushes them that he cant do those stuff himself. Then he pauses all the kids, does 5 frontflips like nothing and tells them to shut up. Hahah legend

It's kind of impossible to build that body at that age , the body stops producing testosterone at that age , he is so lean and ripped like fat percent is 15 . No hater but , could he be using steroids??
