57. Navigating the Tidal River Trent on my narrowboat

Leaving Cromwell Lock behind me it was time to travel north on the tidal section of the River Trent. I ensured I was fully prepared with life jackets on, anchor at the ready and a full set of river charts detailing what part of the water I should travel on. It all went very well and I arrived at Torksey Lock a number of hours later.

I use a Sony FDR-AX100EB Ultra HD 4K Camcorder amzn.to/2zpSc5C This has a Hama UV Filter, coated, 62mm lens on the front to protect the camera amzn.to/2m4d1dc I have a JJC MSA-MIS Cold Mount Adapter Converter amzn.to/2N2jktj on the top of the camera that holds the RØDE VideoMic GO microphone amzn.to/2KXAV8h and to protect it from the wind noise I use a RØDE DeadCat GO Microphone Wind Shield amzn.to/2ujGeEY
