Its a fucking arcade game you idiot. Dont compare the simulation game physics with arcade game. The most realistic arcade racing game physics is forza horizon and the crew motorfest, other arcade racing game like nfs is much more and way worse than motorfest and forza horizon physics. If you pause at 2:20, that steering wheel really looks soft and fluffy. It's really impressive to see the photorealism in Gran Turismo series graphics, instead of going for the "puchy" graphics like all other developers.

Driveclub looks stunning, but also it feels too graphics oriented, with often exagerated effects. It was often difficult to focus on actual game, rather than all the effects. In reality it wouldn't be a problem, because you have much more other feedback available, but through screen, vision is all you have. Gran Turismo series games looks beautiful in a more simple way, yet is filled with fine details, and very well gameplay focused at the same time. I wouldn't understand this balance, if I hadn't tried experiencing both games.

@@boredguy2935 Driveclub was challenging, engaging and fast paced, but it was too much arcade and drift-able for my tastes. GT feels like reality, tire conserving, and grip management, and being "kind" to the car. Driveclub is more of a steal in and rip it type of gameplay. I've only played GT5 on PS3 and Driveclub on PS4, so I can't comment on GT7, it looks like it's the same deal as GT5.

Could only imagine if they made an open world game. They should just make a long road course where you can just drive, like a mountain road or canyon.

They used to havereally tight tarmac rally stages in gt4. I wish they'd bring them back. Slow cars aren't fun unless they're driven on a tight course

They have both fly by's on Tokyo with traffic on the highways. Imagine putting traffic on Grand Valley to make it more interesting and make it a challenge to stick within the bounds of real world driving.

The grass/terrain looks ps4wise, its just normal graphics in 4k, cant pull high graphics in 4k, the thing is only 500 dollars

I like how the graphics of this game feels so clean and minimalistic, instead of adding a bunch of saturated effects and filters like other games do.

That's why I'm still playing Assetto Corsa, because of the 911 GT3 RS,i think it's the only game that has the most realistic PDK gearbox, I don't know how that did it back then but it's still the best

Most racing games are notorious for exaggerating reverb effect. Assetto Corsa does this too in irritating levels and people claim the cars sound good. They'd rather exaggerate it to release dopamine in players brain. Make them feel hyper even if it's not realistic

It's ridiculous that the camera is always locked to the front angle

Pops and bangs are not realistic at all but since its the new "thing" lets throw it in. I have given up on PD and there lame attempts at producing realistic sounding cars. 20+ years and they still cant get it right
