When we were in California, we were passing by the area where the major airport is by the road we were on. Well, the Blue Angels were perfuming there, and as we drove past the airport, the Blue Angle flight formation flew directly over our heads, from right to left. They were probably only three hundred feet over us, what a great treat for my family, and another time, we lived in San Diego, and took the bay tour, which passed by the Air Force base on the shore. The #6 Blue Angle was parked at the security fence, probably put there to show off to the people on boats. That was very cool.

LOL! You dork. At 12:39, that's not "a field". The plane is landing on a grass runway at an airport. It is NOT uncommon. I keep my plane at an airfield with a grass runway. hahahah. The only thing unusual here is that he had a prop strike. Either he made a mistake landing or he had an equipment failure of some kind.

1:03 I was there for this, it happened at the Cocoa Beach Air Show back in 2021 after it passed the spectator area, thankfully no one got hurt (except for the TBM Avenger)

For me, helicopter pilots are GODS... they do the most beautiful thing on earth... flying helicopters, I wanted to be able to do that too, but due to money problems I couldn't make my dreams come true and so I will always love the sound of the blades popping, enjoy the view from aside and dream along.

When I was young we went yo the Ohio State Fair near Columbus, Ohio. They dropped a VW bus from helicopter at about 1000 ft. I laughed and cheered, while my Dad shed a tear. He had just traded his bus in for a Beetle, and the one they dropped was had the same color scheme, white over red. Ouch!

While that appears to be a military plane somewhere other than the US, I'm pretty sure doing this without complete clearance to do so would be a damn hard spanking. They can be legally sanctioned in the US for particular events and air shows. You are right though that if someone just did that out of the blue, they would likely not be flying again.
