Hello, Thank you for your video. It was very informative and I love that you drove around The neighborhood and showed everything as you went along. I am Currently living in Virginia, So I cannot drive over there and listen for the airport noise. I'm very particular about noise, can you tell me how it was when you were there? Thank you!

Hi, and thank you for the wonderful comment! The times I have been there I have not noticed airport noise, but I will happily wander over there and see if I can take a video to see if I catch something going by and any sound. All of the drone footage I took I never encountered any nearby visual or any aircraft sound.

Thank you! Regarding the HOA, part of that is due to its prime location and part is the amenities. It’s not the lowest around that’s for sure, but it’s also nowhere near the highest. Appreciate you watching :)
