I'd buy any one of these properties for the land value not for the house. These would be good for living in the house itself as is and building a new construction dream house then moving into new house once construction is done and then tearing down the old house.

Yeah there must be somthing wrong weather? No work ? Povertised area? ...but iam looke for ackerage with a 4 bedroom in a safe area no flooding no tornadoes and low fire area cold winters ok looking to spend 300,000$ west virginia...Georgia area looking to retire so i doant need a job

Why don't you show some land without a house so people can see the difference in prices. I say that because most are old and outdated. Some look like tear downs..
