I remember that lovely still life. I hold my breath even when watching you swipe😋. Somebody loves you... or the opposite, depending on whether or not you get paid. I watched 8 commercials, but I did watch twice😊. I think this is a perfect background for so many subjects. I'm so glad you showed this! I had forgotten about this possibility for a swipe. Chris, this is a great way for you to use up your acrylics and still use your oil paints. I've seen artists do an underpainting with acrylics and then add the detail work with oils, and boy, do you get richness that way. What do you think about that way of painting? That's a very difficult question to answer... just a nay or yes will do😊. 😍Love the contrast in this piece.☺️✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️

Thanks Tera...I'll show what I painted on this in my next video. Very pleased with it. Yes, I think an acrylic underpainting in grey tones is a great technique...I've done it a few times myself, but I'm usually more impatient and want to get color down right away!
