Iv been celiac since the day i was born .. if it was not for my mom being a RN no one would of known what was wrong with me . I was blessed she kept fighting and a young Doc out of New York showed in town for his residency she pushed tell he seen me. He thought mom was an over protective RN/mom didn’t know she was talking about but after phone and phone he did see me . I was his youngest patient at the age of 13 months old. Thankful everyday he took the time and took the tests and got me back from not walking or talking or thriving becoming a normal toddler that was thriving over night. I’m not sure if you know that gluten is not only flour base it has oats rye barley wye milk cheese eggs dairy can’t even eat ice cream. i’m so limited what i can I have to watch labels. But iv found out that what’s easy on my stomach for “milk” value is Macha Damien 🌰 milk it’s smooth and do much easy on the stomach. so glad you shown some gluten-free options at Costco will have to go and check them out . We can't ever spend too much at Costco when we go there. Our most we have spend at costco is probably over 500 dollars to 600. We always tell ourselves that we won't spend over 200 but we fail everytime.

They stopped selling the Primal Kitchen buffalo sauce at my Costco months ago. I hope they brought it back.

With the plant base cookies nasty better off eating the wraper. My opinion only lol.

Nice haul. The only thing I can't handle is anything that has cauliflower in it. It makes me feel so sick at my stomach when I eat cauliflower. I always try to find other things that I can eat

I love how you explain the food you buy what food are you and your family you are allergic to I just wanted to know I know you say the things that are in certain food that you and your family can't eat and can eat

My husband has food allergies, so we eliminated a ton of food from our diets. After we did that, I realized that I was also having symptoms of food allergies and sensitivities! So we’ve stuck with it for 3+ years now :)

The sauce is pronounced ROWZ and that comes straight from the Raos company. If you have heard a Raos commercial they say ROWZ.

While the almond crackers are quite yummy I don’t think I could say they’re comparable to rits though. They’re very different. 😅 love the video!

Costco and thrive are where I shop the most. Sams is convenient too, but not for gluten free people.
