[526] How to easily decode a Master Lock 1550DAST

Locksport is fun and addicting because no two locks are exactly the same.
For me, each lock is like a puzzle. I simply want to see if I can open it without the key, correct combination, bypassing or any other way without destruction.
Please DO NOT try this or anything else you watch me do on locks that are not yours or you don't have legal right to do so.
I make videos like this to help, not to harm.
It's all about educating the public and connecting with like minded people.
Keep locksport cool.

Nice method of opening this 👍👍 Interesting that wheel 1 spins while you are only turning wheel 2 🤔

I really need to try decoding some combination locks. I think that's gonna be my next project. I just think that's so so cool. I've never seen one of those either they're pretty neat. Nice job figuring out how to decode them and thank you for sharing your knowledge! Very cool of you. 🩷😍😘🥰😊

Thanks Lady, it is very fun. This would probably be the cheapest one to start with and no need to rotate the wheels after finding that "dibit".

Nicely done Big Al! Atleast Master was relatively accurate with their security rating this time 🤷🏻‍♂️👍

3 things 1. What does Master Lock consider a 1 out of 10? A zip tie? 2. That's a used drywall screw, I'm concerned. 3. I think you actually have x-ray vision, and you saw through the towel and knew the combination the whole time.

    4. Now I want one of these locks. This concerns me more than the drywall screw.

Dammit, you know me too well. I can tell you that drywall screw is gone now. I used it rough the grinding wheel on my table grinder 🤭

good for locking up the toothpicks and q tip cabinet, but I think they make such crappy locks because LockSporters will buy it to toy with it

Well done my friend. For once Master Lock gave a lock an accurate rating. Take care.

A little disappointed! Sure, you did a great job decoding the lock BUT when you took the towel off that was hiding your hands, I really wanted to see a rabbit under there! I guess your only a magician with locks...
