For a house that is only really worth 260-270. This place is definitely part of the problem.
Why would you pay over a million dollars to live in a shithole like Peterborough? FYI for the out-of-towners, "The Avenues" are like, literally two blocks away from 2nd and 3rd generation welfare neighbourhoods. The people here find used needles on their steps not regularly, but even once is too much I should think.

Fr, it's not worth it to live here. Peterborough has seriously gone down hill over the years. It's merely a drug addicted shell of what it used to be.

Agreed, people are over charging and over paying to live in a shit town like Peterborough. Don't get me wrong I'd buy a house here, but nothing worth this much

You would have been fine ending your statement at the word dollars. Not everyone has such a dismal view of this city. While we don't live on Weller or "The Avenues", we live very nearby and your remarks are an exaggeration and frankly 'classist'. One of the neat things about Peterborough is that it doesn't work as hard as some places to shove those less well-off out of communities.

@@brianduffy1338 Yeah, I can tell by the way that investors have bought up all the houses to rent to students and women at 800/room with iffy parking that Peterborough is doing very well on the accessible/affordable/livable housing front.
