2coinaphrase (2cap) is back in amongst the treasure hunt. This week we try our luck hunting for commemorative 50p coins from £250 sealed bags, in an attempt to complete the treasure book.

2cap was not expecting any book finds from a 50p sealed bag bust from the bank but was pleasantly surprised! Pride a deeper love!

Nice to get a book addition despite it being a bust. Did you get those coin grips from Raftree or elsewhere? As I'm needing some more and Raftree has closed his shop down 🤷🏻♂

These are indeed my remains from Raftree. To be fair, they would be very easy to make. Just get a thin bit of white card, like from a shirt package or something and use a Stanley knife to cut the same shape.
Class. So, how does the book work exactly? Is it something all collectors have?

Thanks for watching. If you’re doing a coin hunt, you really need a coin book and inserts. Lots of different kinds but I usually use uk coin hunt. He sells the inserts too. Although change checker.org sell the inserts too.
