    got a similar crash story, got a new helmet on a friday crased with a car on saturday (got ramed at a stoplight) and got a new helmet again on next wednesday. guy in the shop gave me a nice price slight over his in price on the second helmet so i dident have to buy two new helets in under a weak at full price. salesman were glad i did ok with just bruised body/ ego and a banged head that got saved by the new helmet.

    Dear brother you are doing a great job hi5 from India, I wish to bring to your notice 1 thing, if your controller is rated at 72VDC and 600Amps you are running it at 90 volts 600Amps that's maximum limit of your controller, you can go in for higher amp controller with 90V may be a 90V 1000 Amp controller that will prevent from burning or damaging the moter since max you would pull is 600 amps, You need a buffer over the maximum limit of moter in Amps for the controller, believe me it's a healthy practice you also will be using it in race application where it will get heated though it's liquid cooled it can go bad, it is a lovely peice of equipment, I apologise if I may be wrong!! But would not like to see something go wrong with the build Cheers Love and warm regards from India🌹👍🙏

    Can you expain, how exactly the water had led to blocking of the brake? Did you heated the brake to 100C? Really?

  • @bigiron4018

    @bigiron4018

    6 жыл бұрын

    brake fluid is just a hydraulic fluid essentially. It gets extremely hot just from the force applied to it, since the lines are hundreds of PSI under load. That heat causes the water to boil and take up more space, thus pressurizing the lines just like applying the brake. A large amount of water in fluid for any car or bike will lead to this to some degree, it doesn't have to be ridden hard, 100c is in the normal range for operating temperature.

    Good to see you are ok and healing bro. I really want a bike like this. All I have is a 72 volt/5000 watt electric bicycle that I am getting ready to assemble as soon as the battery arrives. I'll be posting videos on KZread as I put it together. Hopefully, it will encourage others to buy and assemble their own bike. I just ordered my hubsink kit and can't wait to get it on the bike. I live in Arizona where it's over a 38 degrees Celsius every day now. I'm sure this kit is gonna help the motor keep cool.

    Sick build bro, that's awesome! Good job, good on ya! I started thinking about how good electric dirt bikes could be when I went from fucking around with r/c glow engines to brushless electric on lithium polymer batteries and was amazed at how powerful they were, how quick they charged and how good the run times were, where'd the inspiration come for this thing? You get good run time for charge time? What do you reckon it cost ya? Being a prototype sort of thing that hasn't been done before I guess you had a bit of trial and error going on for a while before you got there. Again good job mate, where you from?
