509 - In Memory of Rob Kincaid - Volume 15 Segment

Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары

Rob Kincaid - known to many of us as Rocky Mountain Rob passed away in an avalanche last April. Humble, hilarious, passionate, giving. A father, a husband, a hunter, a sledder. Rob had a personality second to none and a riding style recognized across the world. Making anyone laugh and feel appreciated was Rob’s natural born gift. We were fortunate enough to have Rob as part of the 509 family for nearly 10 years. We thank you for the priceless memories Rob. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the Kincaid family.

My son was riding with Rob on Togwotee. One of the many with RMR and he burnt up his track since he didn't have a kill switch. Rob and Jason Nethercott went out the next day and trudged into the wilderness to throw a new track on Ethan's sled. Rob, you are one of kind my friend. Missing you

Still so absolutely heart breaking that our sport and the people involved with our sport lost this truly wonderful, amazingly genuine and one of a kind human beings. Unfortunately this sport can be extremely dangerous and we are reminded of that every year by losing riders to avalanches. With that being said, obviously no one is more important than anyone else but, I honestly don't think there has ever been and most likely will ever be another individual that had such an amazingly positive impact on literally everyone around them like Rob did. He is without a doubt a legend in our sport. I think I can speak for everyone when I say that this sport and everyone who is involved with it that we all lost a little piece of ourselves when we heard the news of Rob's passing. Thank you, Rob. For all the positivity you brought to the sport and the amazing influence you had on absolutely everyone. I can say with utmost confidence and respect that you will live on through the sport of snowmobiling and no one will ever let the legend of Rob Kincaid fade. Rest in peace, my friend. I'm sure heaven has the best hunting and snowmobiling ever and I know you're tearing it up, up there. Here's to you, sir!

Extreme Sports have certain risks.. Those Risks can be minimized with certain safety Procedures such as useing peeps.. That one Day Rob never turned his on.. I think the Tragidy besides the fact that his death was Preventable is simply the fact that He was so well known and well liked by so many people.. 30,000 people are killed every year in car accidents.. Stop texting and driving and driving drunk .. AND LOOK OUT FOR MOTORCYCLES TOO ..!!!
