@@Skippy-id9yt Reggie never got a ring. Pacers made it to the 2000 Finals with him but never won a NBA Championship - and he's WAY too late to have been part of their 3 ABA Championship teams (he was in kindergarten or grade school when THOSE happened).

There are a 100 podcasts and YT channels that talk about basketball with former players and breakdowns. But I agree, this was special because you got these guys together.

He DID coach for a while. I've never entirely figured out if I should love him for his IU days, hate him for his Bad Boys days, or like him for his Pacer coaching days....

I know this has been said a million times, but I can never get over what a large person Shaq is. Reggie Miller is 6'7". Looks like a little boy next to Shaq.

Most people don't remember how good Grant Hill was because of the injuries. If he stayed healthy, he'd have as many rings as Kobe no doubt. That crossover of his was so smooth and quick, he just made defenders look silly. What a player he was.

I think given the nature of this episode, Bones is a more appropriate host than EJ would have been because he can chime in with a little more insight and knowledge than EJ may have been able to.
Tricks of the trade of the veterans. Very enlightening and informative. Young players could learn a thing or two.

It really is a thinking man's game. This was a great episode and shows that it takes great skills and a few sneaky, physical moves, but it also takes knowledge of the game and reading the floor. At the end of the day, these grown men are still like kids on the playground.
This is the best! Any hoops fan can learn and be entertained at the same time! Haha

I think because of their body of work over the years their body won't let them play the same way compared to when they use to play

One was for basic shooting form using legs when your young. Is if your using arms not form/legs if you miss run other end gym 10 push-ups run back pass-shoot again and when you've done enough push ups your arms arnt there anymore. Your then forced to have perfect form/use legs/follow through because your arms have gotten weak.
