Ive yet to have any issues with WD. I think the carrying case, and the fact i treat it like an egg helps... this particular model is the mac passport. (reformatted to PC) Ive been using it for 1-3 gigs a week for almost 6 months now with zero issues (knock on wood)

use google kids. you can see all the bedrooms i play, write for, and instruct at.
