***** Another thing that pisses me off is the campaign AI and how it has no regard for its own territories. When it sees that you are about to attack a settlement, it bypasses your army to attack an undefended settlement instead of attempting to defend their homeland. Every faction does it and when AI fights another AI they end up chasing each other from one end of the map to the other exchanging countless settlements like worthless trash without being able to destroy main armies.

Andrew Cline well i may sound like a smartass. but the archers in that time in a army unit did not train to accurate hit targets , they were trained on how fast they could spew arrows and how to follow commands of a officer like 3 c north 30C up

Andrew Cline yes but realisticly . infentery and cav is the big killerpart, archers are more like a morale killer, but can still kill ppl just as well. and the cav is the cleanup crew.
