I loved ur content. I am a Buddhist from Nepal. There is rarely clash between muslims and hindus in Terai region(i.e border area between Nepal and India) That may be the influence of India. In hilly region till today such kind of clash have never happened. Fortunately Nepal have never faced any riots on the base of religions till today. Hope such will be the case in future too. Indian media which show fake news and try to divide Nepali were banned.

@@ayushchhetry9026 Yes in nepal there isn’t any competing minority whereas in India the hindu majority thinks of muslims as a rival group that would eventually take away their right to rule the country.

In Nepal, people in majority doest forcefully convert the minority like that in Pakistan.. Nepal is secular because Hindu are in majority.

Generally there isn’t but during Covid times some incidents were reported as mentioned in the video. Overall there is all peace in Nepal and that is very appreciable.

@@Granicus- middle east Indonesia, turkey - look at these places women are safe there. Even those ladies who go there to work from Philippines or the west also live freely. Safety is a matter of governance it has nothing to do with religion. We can’t blame hinduism for whatever is happening is India. It’s just a bunch of extremists that got hold of governance who are messing up things.

I have met many people from Nepal and I can honestly say that I’ve never met people more hospitable and warm.

The oldest mosque in nepal is believed to be built around 13th century and still remains in Tanahun district in Hilly Nepal. The muslim community other than those migrated after 19th century, are part of a history that shaped the nation. They were key asset to P.N shah for advancing his armies with guns and ammunition. So, the rulers always have protected the Muslims in Nepal than any other community. The blending is so good that any outsider would say they aren't pure muslims or we aren't pure hindus for our take on religion. This is all because Nepal was an isolated country for long period of time and developed its own religious ecosystem. However, the extreme religious ideologies from the south will be the only reason if this harmony were to break.

Nepal 90% muslims lives in madesh pradesh .Madesh pradesh are indo aryan people . So if you really want to know about Nepali muslim then visit madesh .In kathmandu ,you will not find muslim that much .In madesh pradesh ,muslim killed Hindus. Everytime in Saraswati Puja and chaath Puja ,muslim fight with Hindus .Beside madesh pradesh you will find ,little bit muslim in nepaljang city . Majority pahadi people think muslim of madesh pradesh as Indian so many muslim don't go hilly region .In madesh pradesh ,now cm is muslim . Pahadi people don't even know about muslim that much .many people haven't seen muslim in real life. Terai or madesh region of Nepal was under mughal so you will find same percentage of muslim in madesh .In pahad only 2% Nepali muslim are found .They are also migrating in madesh pradesh due to isolation .

@@harisahmedkhan yes in 1349, at that time kathmandu valley had already been weakened due to dual rule of mallas and thakuri, massive earthquakes and pandemics and frequent attack from khas and tiruhate kingdoms and kathmandu valley was in defenseless state, and shasmsuddin illiyas attack furhter worsened the situation of kathmandu valley. Although muslims have been entering kathmandu valley since lichhavi, but siginificant migrant took place at that time. Other attack was from delhi sultanate that completely destroyed the tiruhate kingdoms.

Nepali language is the main language of Nepali muslims.But most of the islamic literature available here are in Urdu, this is why you’ll find muslim maulanas speaking urdu.

@@harisahmedkhan We don’t have a genuine information about it. There are four types of muslims in Nepal. 1. Madhesi : most of them are migrants from India. 2. Kashmiri : they came from kashmir few centuries ago 3 tibetan : migrants from tibet. 4. Pahadi ( those who live in the hilly region) : we don’t have the exact history about them. They are the earliest migrants among the muslims. According to few historians they came to nepal In the times of malla dynasty which lasted from 12 to the 18th century.

I am from western Nepal and we literally have muslim villages. They came here at the time of Shah kings to sell bangles in the temple I believe. Even few of them are my neighbours. It has never been any problem. And one thing I would like to say to foreigners is Nepal never had issues with religion. Rather we have issues of caste system.

Kathmandu muslims came here during Malla era and lived here. They even taught on of the malla king, Pratap Malla persian language. If you go and look at old settlement of kathmandu you can see how beautifully hindu, buddhist and muslims have blended together. And we have muslims in other parts of country as well. Hope this religious harmony always remains in Nepal. But some extremists from the india have tried hard to break this bond.

Yes they are nepalis that’s why and indeed the people of nepal are beautiful and peaceful. I remember one incident when a public jeep driver (hindu) when we told him that we are from Pakistan, he took a long route to show us the view from the top of the hill. Meanwhile we also found one muslim aunty and all of us had so much fun throughout the journey. 😃

I must say that nepali people as whole is so welcoming and respectful. I have had many nepali friends and not once religion is mentioned. They are very cultural people rather than religious. As long as there is mutual respect there is no issues.

I agree and even religion should not be the issue if you understand it correctly. In its true essence no religion stops people in treating each other well. I being a muslim stayed at a hotel whose owner was a Buddhist and he took care of us like his own family, he was so involved with us, taking care of our food and comfort and going extra mile to arrange our other city trips. One friend that I made there was a Hindu and he took out his time for us every time we called him. Another Hindu driver took a longer route just to show us the tourist points. He, us and a muslim nepali woman, we all talked a lot throughout the way and had a ball to be honest. So i believe the majority of people on the planet are like us they want to coexist but the media only show us the ugly picture which makes us think that the religions are radical though they aren’t.

@@Mr_Gupta15 I haven’t seen Sahil and Adam so can’t comment on them but i want to know more what have you seen in the world? If you talk about Pakistan the incidents happen there are based on religion being used for personal enmity and hatred. It has nothing to do with islam and if a strong government gets intact these incidents would not occur. In the middle east it’s the political instability caused by the west which has made the muslims leave their land so which muslims are you talking about? Can you quote any example of extremism from Indonesia? It’s the largest muslim country.

The main reason for this kind of clash in nepal is the Indian media. Indian tv serials, news, web series, movies,etc r very popular here. Here people r getting more n more negatively influenced by these media's. Here U won't find any nepali movies, nepali dramas, or web series which portray fight between two different religions.

Ek baar aap Real entertainment Tv channel dekho tab pata chalegaa ki Hindus,buddhist,christian ka kitni buri haalat hai muslim country pakistan me aur dushre baat muslim country me preach nahi kart sakte hai koi vi non muslim apane religion ke example saudi arabic or all muslim country .makaa madina city me non muslim ke entry tak totally banned hai

Islamophobia wali koi vi chij Nepal me nai he bro....we love Muslim as other community in Nepal..we Nepalese never talk about anyone religion & religious prospect ..we all love & support eachothers culture...as a Hindu mere vi bahut sare Muslim frns he ,they are very kind & we spent alot of time with eachother... it's never feel us that we are from another religion or another aspect...it's feel like we just are a same human...so plz don't make religion as a way of hate ...it's a way of love , respect & friendship with others ..🙏🥰💓🇳🇵

@@harisahmedkhan aap Jo baat kar rahe he wo sayad pehle tha jab modi government suru suru me aai thi ..lekin mene personally yesi koi BAAT nai Suni ...hamare gau me 90 % se jyada Hindu he ..sirf 8,9% Muslim he , din me 5 Baar namaz loudspeaker pe hota he aaj tak Kisi Hindu ne birodh nai kiya ...subhe jab mandir me aarati horahi Hoti he loudspeaker me ,par Jese hi Azan hora he toh mandir kaa sound xota kardete he taki Muslim log Azan sun sake ..aap jaha se bhi ho axa Laga aapka reply dekh k thanku ...I am from plain area of Nepal near to India boarder & we all are happy in our beautiful country Nepal...🙏❤️🥰🇳🇵

@@harisahmedkhan or ek baat or me aapse kehna Chahta hu ki...India me vi Muslim paresan nai he ..Mera ghr se boarder sirf 30 min ka safar he ...me jata rehta hu India ..Waha vi mene sare Muslim ko happily rehte huye dekha he ...hamare both side marriage vi hota he agar India side Kuch galat hora hota toh yaha k Muslim jate rehte he Apne ristedaro ki ghr ..wo log bhi toh dekhte or batate ..lekin yesa Kuch nai he ..haa Kuch jage honge yese but mostly area me Muslim in living peaceful in both the side of the country...🙏🥰❤️
