1) What is max speed? (2) What min height size do you need to be? (3) Can you add a rear rack to this? Thanks

1. Max speed 29-30 - body weight and size dependent. 2. I'm 5'6", I don't recommend below 5'4". 3. There is no rack available, but a member in the Facebook group was able to create something from Amazon parts.

really appreciate the updates. you're probably putting more miles on it in a week than i will in a month but my biggest concern is what needs to be replaced and how frequently. just joined the fb group so gon na poke around. it looks like a good bike overall. but i'm leary because i tried one before and the darn thing wouldn't get me up a relatively slow incline Also, where'd you order your bike from?

I ordered from Amazon because they offer an inexpensive warranty that covers shipping. This bike has good power with its 1000w motor and 20ah battery. The only trend I have seen with problems is that some have bad LCD's that fail, but Ridstar does replace them. At this point, I do recommend the bike and am happy with it.

I'm 5'6". The pedaling geometry is not good, but a 6 foot person could ride it. My first video, a review, shows me stand over it at the end of the video.

hi i have a few questions i just got my q20 about 3 days ago and it makes a weird. chain rattling noise in the back wheel and im not reaching 30mph and i checked i have my amp all the way up to 35 and the po8 setting set to 100

Hi mate, i live in Australia and the ridstar Q20 isnt available in the country, but it is in Aliexpress and they do ship from china to my located address. There is a Pro version with dual motors 52V and 40 amp hours, do you recommend the bike to me to buy that since this bike ticks everything on my list. Thank you 🌹

The Q20 Pro (dual motors) is a great bike. Running only one motor, you have great range, and any time you run into hills, that second motor will keep you going. On level terrain, it's a rocket. One downside, the battery indicator doesn't show for the two batteries. Expect to upgrade the tires. The stock tires are garbage. Ride safe, and I hope you subscribed.
