The lines are from commander tank or command tank Idk i forgot it So the ability name is "strict command" and it stops the units from retreat , surrender and rounted

​@@Neoplayer27 It is about your strategy but the battle tank is the main tank and IFV is for transport so their jobs are not the same. one for fighting one for transport+self defense
