Lo que me gusta es que la casa está en alto y no coge humedades.

Being a Senior, I’ll opt for a “Ramp” to be Wheelchair Assessible (Lower Down the house elevation to the grounds but, increase the ceiling height to a minimum of 12 feet to make it feel more spacious & incorporate a “Covered Wrap-around Porch”!

It's okay, Ma'am. The main purpose of this channel is to give a house design idea to everyone. Again, cost estimate depends on the location of the project and this is not a detailed estimate, you may hire an architect or engineer to give you one.

Nakapag umpisa na ako at tinaasan ko ang mga poste para sa ilalim dun ko gagawin ang dirty kitchen at tambayan ng mga bata at mga alaga kung aso. 5m x 5m ang sukat at na buhusan na ang flooring 100k ang nagasto ko na materyales at 50k ang labor. Tama aabot ng isang milyon ang bahay kasama na ang exterior at kagamitan sa bahay.
