If you can't get enough of those mangoes, there'll be a 'Mango All-You-Can' event at Ayala Malls Market! Market! in BGC on June 11th. You can eat as many mangoes as you want for only $4. Mangoes will come from Guimaras- the best in the world.

i agree with this 👌. the other one was given 2 pcs of scallops for free and immediately he said that he was hustled that's why he got 2pcs for free. that's just typical western kind of mentality. When someone shows them kindness, helps them or give them something for free they automatically think that those people want something in return. they don't even know that it's normal here specially in wet markets that when you buy something specially from your "suki". you can ask for some extra 1 or 2 ie. tomato or egg or fruit or vegetable etc. it does not automatically mean they overcharged you or hustled you or want something in return from you. 2nd the fish that the first guy was selling i think was different kind from the fish he bought that's why the other one was more expensive. i think they though that all the fish there should be priced the same and only the weight should affect the price. but that's not the case. i mean1kg of lapu-lapu, will have a different price if you buy 1kg of milk fish. milk fish would be cheaper. so the price of fish would also vary in terms of what kind it is.

The best way to enjoy a rainy day in Luzon is to spend a few hours at a hot springs swimming pool in Pansol, Laguna, between Calamba and Los Baños. Bring your own food to cook or order from a restaurant to a villa that you can rent as a group. Buy buko pie. Stay overnight to enjoy the warm water swimming pool.

Honestly, you wont be charged more as a foreigner in the Philippines. Most likely the tourist price you will have is same as tourist price for locals. With the red grouper, it isn't overpriced thats actually the normal price since it is usually 700/kg. The one that you bought for under 200 is not really fresh thats why the vendor said it is only good for frying. The only common scammer in Philippines are taxi driver but establishments afe a bit fixed and more established. Dont think you are always getting scammed because you are a tourist. This is not India, we are very much used to tourist who knows local prices because of interracial couples

Second part of my comment, at the dining table, I was salivating from all the seafood dishes and I felt grabbing one of the tempura from your hand Ali. It’s good to see you eating and enjoying the food. Well done 😂😂😂😂😂

The only long form videos I would watch are Kurt & Luke, but Ali definitely jumped up in that category 🫡

You deserve a sub, and more subs, Ali! The local haggling plus the kitchen invasion sure was a success! Cheers!
