71% of the earth is covered in water the rest is covered by micah hyde

that pic by Hyde might be the greatest pic in wildcard round history. Micah Hyde and Jordan Poyer are so criminally underrated. theyve been the best safety duo in the nfl since theyve been playing together the last 5 years. its crazy how players in buffalo consistently dont get the respect they deserve

At one point the strength of the packers defense was their safety’s. But of course cheap Ted Thompson didn’t wanna resign Hayward/hyde when contract expired. Look at em now. Both players became all-pros after leaving GB. I’m very happy for Micah, one of my favorite player in the league.

That’s for sure, but the Pack has made up for that with their current top safety tandem in Darnell Savage & Adrian Amos, plus they’ve got Jaire Alexander paired up with the unsung hero of their 2021 season in Rasul Douglas, with Eric Stokes in the slot

@@WallyXification yup! Very happy with how gutey turned it around tbh. He signed 3 key defensive players his first offseason. Zadarious, Preston, and Adrian Amos. Totally revamped that defensive side of the ball. I love it! Even drafted a stud in rashan gary too!

Ted was out with Health issues, Letting Hyde go was not TEDs call

Miceh Hyde got all my respect when Derrick Henry was running at him and instead of doing an olay attempt. He took on Henry head on, yes he got ran over but he stopped the play right there.

It’s crazy how many new fans we got since josh Allen been drafted. Wonder who was around when it was blackout season

Wasn't even mad at that interception on the Pats in the playoffs. Mac threw a good ball there. Just a ridiculous defensive recovery

McDermott seems to get the best out of his players in the secondary. Hyde wasn’t anything until coming to buffalo and same with Poyer when he was with the Browns.

Miss him on the Packers

I remember his 1 handed back facing towards teddy INT and he goes and rotates the ball, one handed, and cradles it. It was amazing. Even Teddy Bridgewater was surprised and amazed by the INT, he gave him a head nod and smile after it. As a packer, I sure do miss the dude and was hella pissed they let him walk. Casey Hayward another player who balled out the following season after being let go by the packers.

About damn time

I watched Micah play highschool ball at fostoria and the dude was unstoppable. He probably could've went pro in basketball if he wanted to. Ohio boys are as athletic as anyone and I'm so proud of Micah representing a small Ohio Town

I am glad that both Hyde and poyer are on this list at the sametime. It was a shame to have one and not the other

If Hyde is on here I expect Poyer to be on here too.

@@SigmaNuHE481 his was more than affordable. Ted failed at that. He stopped the packers from reaching their potential. Horrible when it came to defensive players, and when he’d hit on some, he’d let them walk for nothing, because they never break the bank anyway.

Always has been. Basically a slower Charles Woodson, bc gb had him doing everything but his main position which is FS. He’s good for 3 or more ints every year. Grossly underpaid
