My name was almost Raya (ray-yuh). My mom was so excited when they announced the Raya movie😂

I just love names from Descendants! I might be bias, cuz Descendants is my favorite movie series but like! I just love the names Edit: Other Descendants fans would notice that the name Celia is also from Descendants ;)

these names were so cool. i’ve actually made my own spin on some of the names that i found interesting. like the name Aurian i played around w it and make it Arion w the nickname Ari. so cute. and then Finnick i changed to Finnix and that just sounds so adorable to me🥰 You did a great job w this list♥️ Also, i don’t know if you did this one already or not but i was thinking of the idea of doing a gender neutral earthy/nature names. i think that would be interesting as well.

I love Jasper!! Got it down as a possible future middle name for a boy, as the meaning treasurer kind of relates to my dad's name meaning, wealthy defender with a spear!

I really really want you to do a Lynn/lyn ending names list!

My favorite Disney name wasn't in the list, it is Iduna - she is Anna and Elsa's mother. I dont really recall the meaning, but it has to do with love and it is really pretty. I kinna expected it to be in the video but it didn't 🤣

A few harder pronunciations in here: Iago (YAW-go), Kala (Kaw-la), Mochi (mo-Tchi) - it's a Japanese food. Quasi is derived from Quasimodo...wouldn't go there personally. Pascale is really common here in Quebec where I live, for boys and girls! I'm here for the Part II and III! :)

God, I remember when Moana came out in Germany and they changed her name to Vaiana, I was PISSED 😂 Moana is such a pretty name, and I personally don't like Vaiana, I hate that they had to change it for copy right? I love Kida! Both as a name and from the movie. I also love Pascal and actually named one of my tattoos Pascal lol. It could be a unisex name. I actually knew a girl named Pascal.

One of my favorites is Shanti from the jungle book 2, she’s the little girl from the town who’s friends with Mowgli, the name means peace And Evangeline from the princess and the frog

Could you do a baby name list that can be used for both English and Spanish? Hubby and I are looking for a name that the grandparents can pronounce as well as something that would be easy to say in English as well.

Love this list, love that you looked for more obscure names in the movies rather than main character names (besides a few, like Flynn Rider and Merida, but still). One small correction - Jasper isn't a dog in 101 Dalmatians, he's one of the dognappers (Horace and Jasper) :)

What do you think of the name Vydia? From tinkerebell one of the fairies 🧚‍♀️ hers is spelled (Vidia) and I believe it means wisdom, knowledge.. I'm thinking about it for if a have another girl. My babygirl now is Sienna.. 💗

I think you should look at birth records from 100+ years ago and choose names you find interesting and unique. I've been doing my ancestry and some notable names I've found are Experience for a girl and Waitstill for a boy

I absolutely LOVE Flynn Ryder (the character was too funny, but that name 🤩) - the only reason keeping me from using Flynn (or Fionn or Finnick) in the future is that it's too similar to Fynn :(

I actually went to school with a girl named Mickey! I thought such a cute name for a girl
