Preston, use Kinetic Armor, and you get the "Bully" medal for every kill while the armor is active, that's how I got the contract in 2 games with the "Overclock" Perk

You could get the medals you needed in one episode ez if you used like psychnosis or invisibility... or overdrive, or kinectic... for your thermal reticle, you should try "stage fright" if you unlocked it - it is not from black market, but one you unlock with the challenges within the scope!
