The dumbest law in Minnesota is that it is illegal to cross state borders with a duck atop your head. I'm not even sure how they would enforce that, seeing as exiting Minnesota would involve leaving Minnesota's legal jurisdiction, and entering Minnesota, you could argue you were in one of the bordering states or provinces when entering.

Home state of Alabama, which has the largest constitution in the world also had the most stupidest laws in the world. I actually would love for you to do just a video on stupid/crazy Alabama laws! I promise you they’ll be enough for nearly an entire video, and if you want at the end you can throw in a couple from around the world. Love the videos! Keep it up!

Probably just a legal definition, to resolve a bunch of other laws. If you have the question of "if someone dies during a business trip, when does the business trip actually end?" and Germany got you covered for specifically government officials. The reason why it's only government officials, probably because they work for the government; for other people, it's up to their employers to determine when the business trip ends.

The New Jersey law about wearing bulletproof vests makes sense, it gives criminals an added layer of security and you remove that by imposing stricter punishments for those who use them. Basically, if a bank robber is wearing a bullet proof vest they’ll feel more comfortable getting in a shootout with police and this law either deters them from wearing one or at least ensures they get more prison time if they do so.

I’m from Hawaii and I’ve never heard that it’s Illegal to place a coin in one ear This is one of the weirdest and stupidest laws I’ve ever heard of

The Idaho one was totally lame, so let me bring up some weird ones: Big one: It is illegally for snakes to bite people on Sunday unless it is snowing. 1. In some cities you are legally required to smile, no kidding frowning or displays of unhappiness are illegal. This next one got me 2. In Idaho it is illegal to live in a doghouse or kennel unless you are a dog. Oh and its illegal to fish off the back of a camel. Crazy thing, cannibalism is legal if you have permission or it is necessary for survival. Thought I'd just bring this up bc the laws in my state are hilarious to me.

PlatinumBlast27 no, that would be if you murdered someone in Yellowstone national park. Because of some legal shit you would have to be tried by judges that live in the region you killed the person in and because no one lives in Yellowstone you can’t have a trial. Now, it’s illegal in the US to hold someone without them being allowed to have a trial, so you would be set free.

In Arizona, you cannot own a Coyote, or a squirrel, however you can own a kangaroo.

In my state it's illegal to even own a bullet proof vest unless you have a job that requires the use of one such as being a active LEO/prior LEO or armed security. We also now have a stupid law that prohibits fast food restaurants from passing out straws unless a person asks for one.

I like how after he sees the Georgia law, he puts it on South Carolina.
