I'm technically a Christian but I've started reading the Quran everyday and learning more about the religion and I must say that I do believe my thoughts are changing. I'm starting to believe Islam is the true religion. Someday I might convert to Islam. Inshallah.

Sy setuju dengan menyuruh anak umur 7 tahun untuk mulai melatih mereka sholat. Puasa dll tapi kurang setuju dengan pemberian hadiah karena selanjutnya. Bisa jadi. Dia akan terbiasa dengan hadiah hadiah itu. Padahal. Setiap perintah maupun larangan dalam islam. Bila kita mengerjakan nya. Kebaikan itu akan kembali Kediri kita juga. Guru saya bilang. ( guru dapat dari gurunya lagi dan gurunya lagi dapat dari gurunya juga terus begitu hingga sampai ke rasulullah) mulai umur 7 tahun. Disuruh Bila sampai umur 10. Masih susah. Dipukul bagian tangan/ kakinya. Pukulan yg mendidik dan tidak ber efek parah. Kalo mereka sudah bisa melakukannya. Semua Kebaikan itu. Akan kembali kedirinya. Karna siapa orang yang sudah dapat sholat 5 waktu tanpa lalai. Mereka memiliki kedisiplinan yang sangat luar biasa dan orang yang berdisiplin. Hidupnya tidak banyak dapat gelombang kesusahan Wallahu a'lam. Cuma tuhan yang tau persisnya

I'm 28yo lady, and i also started fasting when i was 6yo. I used to get sooo excited to do it cos i would get pocket money and i will be able to get a present on Eid. I'm so grateful for my family that always make Ramadan so fun, now growing up Alhamdulillah I don't have any problem fasting even when it's long hour (summer time) ❤

And i believe we shouldn't feel like "oh giving presents will make your kids depends on the present to fast when they growing up" trust me IT DOES NOT WORK THAT WAY. The more i got older and when i reached puberty I know that fasting is a requirement. And I don't do it bcs of the present anymore. I believe making fasting a fun thing for the kids under the age puberty IS OKAY.

​@Mary Magdalene ​Oh please, that argument is actually against the Bible not the Quran, the Bible is written "according to" Mark, Mathew, Luke and John, nobody really knows who are those people! they also make different stories and there are many contradictions in those stories between them. And we say all messages come through prophets of God since Adam, they all preached for the same message of Islam, including Jesus, they all preached the oneness of God and not to include partners like humans, animals or idols, not to elevate anything that God created to be another divine being or a partner to God. So if you say that the Quran came after 600 years from the Bible, well..the Bible came 600 years after the Torah, why are you not a Jew if that is your logic!!

@@malaikhudin3960 ​ it is you. not the people in middle east. have you see this kind of things going in middle east? islam is not a religion, but it is a tool to control people, politically and socially. i dont mean to be rude, but this is by my knowledge. you can just think about this: how islam even dont allowed muslims to say, "merry christmas" to christians, allowed muslims to hate jews, israel people, and be selfish on palestine-israel issue, dont allowed christians grow in middle east, like yeah i know, by appearance islam welcome people in middle east, but the thing is, why do christians in middle east choose to leave their country and live in other country? lets take Lebanon, Armenian, and Christian Syria and Iraq, just think about it. also, islam makes muslims feel they are the truth and so you dont have to wonder if one day, they push it toward people in public and even willing to take action for the truth, like suicide bomb, and take a shot in people for the sake of islam. thats called psycology issues and under doctrines.

I too went to a chatolic school despite living in a muslim country. Education is important for everyone so that they can understand a religion without bias and propoganda.

Amazing work Brother Sabell and everyone who was apart of this. I reverted 2 and half years ago and Brother Sabell was a huge part in my journey. I do have to say it's sad to see some of this kiddos automatically closed off to learning, you can see it in there faces. Inshallah Allah will have touched them in a way that will make them ask questions or look into Islam another time. I do have a question, where or how is the best way to learn Arabic? I have the alphabet down. Without an Islamic community around me it makes it extremely difficult at times.

This was a really great learning experience. I liked how you had a casual conversation with the youth and it wasn’t like forced conversation. That cloning question was a great one. Also the Quran mentions how humans have a unique DNA so even if we are cloned there can never be another you. There was good engagement from the youth. 👍🏻

Questions that are fueled by curiosity is always a pleasure to listen to. There may be some personal biases, but the intent behind the question really changes everything. When its asked simply to obtain information and answers, we can appreciate the question instead of accusing or assuming the intent behind said questions as being either confrontational or not. We can then try and think up or give the answer with peace of heart.
