Hey Nigel have you found a Thompson yet? I found a model 1928 one that was disassembled in a duffel bag down here in South Mississippi in the U.S., that’s my best find next to the AR15 I found at a yacht club of all places, you’ve had some amazing finds my friend congratulations, Happy New Year brother.

If you no longer get invited out to magnet fish you know why, I would just call you a hour after I got there so I had time to magnet fish myself. Great finds for starters 👍including finding some ww2 trophies of war ...the lugar ....just wondering on some of the fire arms u say that's a keeper ,is there a loop hole on certain guns u are aloud to keep like blank firing ,1900 century pistols ?

I only came across your channel about a month ago, and I've been catching up on your older videos in (somewhat) chronological order. I just saw the one with the knuckleduster knife (#158). Your reaction reminded me of the Stamp Dealer in 'Charade', who returned the very valuable stamps to Audrey Hepburn, with the comment that 'for a few moments, at least, they were mine'. Maybe you could do a compilation video of the blades you've found over the years. There have been quite a few interesting items among them. Sometimes I think it would be fun if you could have a canal-side jumble sale with some of your better finds, and let the boaters buy back the things they've lost overboard. You pulled up a nice Le Creuset-style griddle a while back, and those things aren't exactly cheap. I'm a great fan of Sherlock Holmes, and what Storefield did with that bit of pipe is fantastic! Please give them my compliments. This was a very exciting video. I hope you have even better luck in the New Year!! Best wishes to all!!

I have a question. London was never an active battle site. So what are you doing with live grenades in the heart of it? I can understand the other ordinance to some degree but not that.

It will be because a decent number of munitions produced did happen in London, plus military barracks and just discarded trophies.

They are being deactivated and will end up in the museum at Weedon Bec
