In today's episode, 5 million zombies launch an assault on a small desert town defended by 30,000 soldiers, including Bumblebee (HP 50,000) and 5 satellite cannons. In the distance, 20,000 cyber soldiers led by Prime (HP 100,000) are rushing in to provide support. As the dust settles and the cheers subside, which side of the battlefield will have soldiers left standing?

Not really. You could add half million of zombies and they might still lose. The closest battle will be only one zombie left.

This is the best battle simulator channel as far as I can tell. Intelligent match ups, sensible, impressive and vaguely plausible armies, sparing use of elite units to great effect, close finishes, no narration, incredible cinematography, steady, slow and well considered pans. With all that there’s always as much of a plot created as there can be with a sim. Good (sparing) use of fast forwards and cuts to maintain the pacing. I used to dream of massive armies colliding or charging over terrain when I was a kid and the closest I ever got was the edit mode on Empire Earth but this is genuinely like being in my own 8 -12 year old head. Love. It. 😊
@30:33 was a sad moment, the reinforcement contingent really were the mvps of the later half of the battle. It seemed to go for them from let’s fight through and render aid and reinforce to let’s just divert as many of the enemy from our allies and take as many of them down with us.
After that, I think Bumblebee deserves to be the next Prime.
Bumblebee is too op. He could possibly solo 1 million zombies on his own. Quite astonished Prime didn't make it but Bumblebee did.

Bumblebee in the mod was pretty OP. He has both a massive AoE attack and a ranged shot. Optimus only has the sword swing. Both of the suffer from their attacks being slow though, meaning most targets get to hit them a few times before they attack. It's why Optimus dies so easily, every time he gets close enough to swing his sword he already taken dozens of hits.
Blood-soaked ... satellites! You learn something new every day :) Also, what the heck happened to Prime?

Indeed! This must be the most ridiculous battle of the series so far. So, What are those hovering satellite things?! The ION cannons from Command & Conquer ?! And how did they get shot down by the zombies?!?! And what ever happened to Optimus?! So many questions! :D LoL!!

Zombie lore: the soldiers, going in, "hand to hand", should have turned, after death, and added to the Zombie ranks, lol.

The sattelites were low, and the blood spewing explosions and flying bodies were pretty intense
i love how willing the human soldiers are to throw themselves at millions of zombies
Imagine what that desert would smell like the next day. With millions of corpses, & millions of gallons of blood baking in the hot sun. 😬
The body pile in the center was pretty epic. The entire town was basically flooded with blood, to the point I wouldn't be surprised a lot of defenders died to it. Despite that the zombies not only filled it all in, they built a massive mount higher than the building Bumblebee was standing on.
A delightful outing, even if Bumblebee was the survivor. The satellites are fun, but they need to be able to aim to the side to be very useful, because of how 'overhead' units work in this game. The new rocket launcher units were pretty good, too.

This stuff NEVER takes into account that every pwnt soldier immediately rises as a Zombie.

Very nicely done and got about as close as you can get. Excellent video cuts and slow mo moments. To cap it of you got every last zombie... something others who post this sim never manage to do. Would give two thumbs up if I could but had to make do with a 👍 and a sub 🙂
Just got into this genre of video, I really liked the cinematography in this vid. Also dang what a close battle, thank you for showing Bumblebee's health at the end, I was very curious how close to death he was lol.
22:26 drowning in the blood of zombies desperately firing your gun at an endless wall of incoming corpses.
While the counter attack at the start seemed rather dumb, those flame tanks could of held a close defensive line for almost forever. It honestly about all you can do in this game when it comes to defense. Without a force pushing on attack your troops tend to drown in blood lakes pretty fast once the body piles build up.
Super super close...I love those punks with little swords ...they are strong!!

Finite ammo and friendly fire would be great equalizers. Also Prime bugged out, if he had 100,000 hp there's no way he was going to be defeated.

Ignorant troop and weapon placement. The auto cannon (sea wiz) should have been placed ahead of the combat troops instead of intermingle. The tanks should have fought a defensive battle with the main guns and coaxial guns. Where are the crew served weapons? Why are men fighting hand to hand combat from the onset of the battle? Why are there robots fighting rear guard?
Even the satellites are covered in blood
Bumble Bee was VANGLORIOUS out there 💯
This is really cool. I'd love to see something to this effect that utilizes/demonstrates a modern combined arms force's ability to employ defense and offense in depth (I don't know if UEBS is capable of that kind of detail though)

Whether UEBS can provide that level of detail is secondary; new ideas are always welcome! Who knows? It might be an important inspiration when I create new videos with different games. Thanks for the comment!

@@battlesimulatorgamer to expand on this, I suspect that an actual military engagement with a zombie horde like this would be highly mobile, taking extensive advantage of self propelled artillery, main battle tanks, and IFVs -- infantry units would engage the enemy briefly from a forward position, then pile into vehicles which can outpace the enemy to disengage and redeploy behind a second forward line, bounding backwards and calling in pre-sighted artillery in places where the OpFor can be concentrated for maximum effect. Edit: and probably some Fairchild Republic A-10 Thunderbolt II for close air support. The GAU-8 avenger would probably sort the zeds right out.

Oh man, talking about the ION cannons from Command & Conquer really takes me back. It's been forever since I thought about those! Let’s just say they’re something similar. And about Optimus, he died in battle while coming to support Bumblebee.

Prime forces and sherman should stay close from the rifleman to increase fire power. Extend the frontline is just a way to let units sorrounded and easily killed. But this is a good meatwave simulator :)
