A nice story. But also sad that America has become so hateful that the slightest show of compassion makes headlines. And its from kids too young to really be affected by hate yet. When their generation grows up, I hope stuff like this is the norm instead of the exception.

JabberCT you know what I had to think a bit about this. It really is the norm actually, we just don't stop to notice it. The news isn't in the business of reporting the norm.

My mother has cerebral palsy and was very happy to see this video. She sent it to me with the caption: "😊it's a different era😊". Judging based on how kids treated her in the 70s and 80s, I agree with her on that. I hope the compassion is contagious.

I have a grand nephew who has cerebral palsy Doctors had written him off saying he was going to be a vegetable He can walk , he runs, no full speech yet but he can say some words and he understands commands He likes helping out with washing dishes (frankly I think he just loves making soap suds as he does the dishes😀) Those kids are better than most adults, God bless them all
