​@@RutledgeRacing "Safety First" - it's not just for kids anymore! Boy howdy I sure will be keeping an eye out for vids from the track! Ia a grumpy old man, I'd personally get a kick out of seeing the little guy do the talking on a SAFETY VIDEO! That would make my day, and probably a lot of other "Empty Nester Aged" "Big Kids" too. A talk about the importance of each piece of safety equipment for operators of these (TOTALY AWESOME) entry level machines, and perhaps as time goes along, we could hear the driver discuss more and more about the safety features of the machine itself, and what rules become more demanding as the machines get more sophisticated - and/or different TYPES of auto racing may draw the lad's interest. If you are familiar with the James Hunt / Nikki Lauda racing rivalry, you may have noticed I am more of a Nikki Lauda type fellow. If you've never seen the film "Rush," (from 2013) - well, put that on the short list with the classic, "On Any Sunday." (from 1971) Team RutledgeRacing for the WIN!

that is honestly so cool. Would have loved one of those and i still would, me n my dad are building a go kart tho so its close enough lol, I hope he has lots of fun with that

Building your first is very cool! Man - when you pit your own blood, sweat and tears into a project, you gain a ton of skill and knowledge, and also the confidence that says, "If we could build it - we can darn sure maintain, repair and imprive it, too. These are the memories that last a LIFETIME! Parents; listen to your children as though they are the smartest people in the world, because some days, they actually are.

@@RutledgeRacing I should have done "the thing" to indicate that the comment about building the first one one's-self was directed @FancySheep2393 With kids, who knows - they could get a glimpse of dirt track oval racing and prefer that to the strip. Or quad racing my catch they eye - or shifter-cart "type" racing . . . Kids are so awesome, because as they grow, you find out more and more the really interesting people they are becoming as time moves along. One of my favorite comments about raising kids is, "You can't raise the kids you always wanted, you must raise the kids God gave you!" It's an experience!

That is very cool that youngin is gonna love that i just bought me a racing go kart first race is this wekend
