Those stairs are treacherous without a rail.

Agreed on the stairs but law says not needed on two steps. But as a contractor I would include them on both sets of stairs

Ok, I spoke to soon. I didn't watch the entire video before I commented about the loft stairs. It is extreamly dangerous without railing.
