First thing first, Thank you so much for all your efforts to share the knowledge. I want to learn k8s on urgent basis. But as your suggestion I have completed docker series first and then i am in k8s series now. So now, have a few questions as below, 1. If the service will take care of pod forwarding.? then what if the pod have multiple containers and i need connect from service to pod-> container-2? 2. if Nodeport service is using worker node IP, then why do we need this type? Hoping to get the answer sooner. And a request that, i am enthusiast in AKS instead of GKE. So, if you please make a brief video on that too, that would be great charan anna.!!!!

Hi, thanks for your interest in watching the videos. 1. There will be only one main container rest all called as helpers. So the request always will be forwarded to main container. Because not all containers expose their ports. 2. For instant testing you want expose the service to the external world. In that case we can use nodeport.

Hi sir .. how do we check the communication between Nodeport--SVC-pods or LBs .. for a troubleshooting point of view like in normal seniors we can use PING but here how do we check .. i mean not like kubectl describe svc (svc name) .. if you give some troubleshooting command it will help

The mappings only can be seen using describe command. There is no alternative. You can use tools like istio to analyse communication graphically. Please share the good word about the channel if you can 🙏🙏🙏

I am running the same commands but i created the cluster in Azure instead of GCP, but the worker nodes doesnt have public IP address created. What i am missing here?

When you create the cluster in gcp, somewhere in the options you can choose whether to allocate a public ip or not. Please check once.

May I know your name? Internal load balancer is not exposed on the internet where external load balancer will be exposed over the internet. For load balancers there will be no port numbers, it depends on the application you are hosting behind the load balancer.

Bro 1 doubt if u delete the pod it has to re create right? Y u have run kubectl apply -f po.yaml command again?

Hi Anna, When i make deployment for objects like Deployment and Service in Azure k8s cluster. i am getting an error Anna. #ERROR:------->(error: error validating "./sample_deployment3.yml": error validating data: apiVersion not set; if you choose to ignore these errors, turn validation off with --validate=false) *i have searched in google also Anna. But i didn,t find any solution.

Your yaml is not defined properly. apiVersion attribute is mandatory, seems it's missing.
