Angel Marie, Great info! QUESTION: What's the difference between a AUTOMATION and a SEQUENCE? When someone signs up on my form, I want to send a welcome note and then a series of 3 emails; can't that be done as a SEQUENCE?

Automation is the process you set up and sequence are the series of emails you send.
